There is no secret recipe to healing. We must go inside of ourselves to examine the pain we feel, the anger we store and the joy we forget. I create art to experience them all over again in the safety of my own mind.
In my mind, there is softness on one side next to strict boundaries on the other. How many people have this give and take within themselves? How many of us are constantly conflicted by which side needs to be more flexible?
