Handle Sporadically

There are days I walk around in my head the entire day. I can't remember what people have told me or even what tv show I am watching. My thoughts can wreak havoc on staying present. And then there are those moments when I am fully present and I witness something so simple and beautiful, I start to cry. Maybe because those moments can be so intense for me, I can only handle them occasionally or maybe we can only appreciate them fully when they happen sporadically.
